Quality, Safety and Environment Policy

Delta Environmental Consulting is a family company with a policy of achieving sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers, while always working in a manner that is safe for our staff and beneficial to the environment.

To achieve the highest level of quality in our service offerings, undertaken safely while maintaining best practice environmental procedures, we shall adopt a system of procedures that demonstate Delta's competence and commitment to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities.

Achievement of this policy involves all Delta people (including contractors), who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each member of the Delta team by the senior consultant.

To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the senior consultant retains responsibility for the Management System and its routine operation.

The objectives of the Management System are:

a) To maintain an effective Management System complying with Q-Base and incorporating elements of ISO9001 (Quality Systems) and ISO14000 (Environmental Management Systems).

b) To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances our reputation with customers, by endeavouring at all times to maximize customer satisfaction with the services provided by Delta Environmental Consulting.

c) To ensure compliance with relevant statutory environmental and safety requirements and work in a manner that allows us to meet our general environmental duty.

d) To demonstrate a high standard of ethics in all our dealings.

e) To undertake an environmental improvement plan that demonstrates BATEA.

f) To assist our clients in their progress towards environmental sustainability in all spheres of industry.
